a development business in Canada, which
undertook Industrial, Commercial and
Residential Developments. Currently,

parts of North America, Africa and the

Albert Louis Nosseir, P. Eng. one of
the principals and the founder played
a key and fundamental role in the successful
completion of all those important and
extensive projects. His renowned personal
qualifications as well as his expertise
and experience in the development and
construction industry have had an essential
bearing to the scope and success of
all the projects he has been involved
in, either in the capacity of contractor,
designer or developer. |

and projects that have been widely acclaimed

the 70's and 80's, the period characterized
as the period of the construction boom
in Saudi Arabia, Mr. Nosseir lead the
company successfully to undertake the
construction of numerous structures
comprising of Royal Palaces, luxury
Villas, low to high density residential
flats, Industrial and Commercial buildings. |
